Single class: $15 Pat “grew up” in the Iyengar tradition of yoga, focusing upon proper alignment of the body. After practicing yoga for over 20 years, Pat decided to become an instructor, earning her yoga certification in 2016 at GraceTree Yoga and Wellness Studio in West Chester, Ohio. She creates a gentle practice, emphasizing slow, deliberate movements focusing on breath while moving safely in and out of poses. Having taught at colleges for over 15 years, she brings her love of teaching, danc
