The Junior Golf Program is a fun, interactive approach to growing junior participation with PGA Professionals. The objective is to develop core golfers who will continue to play socially or competitively. Curriculum includes: Rules, Golf Skills, Sportsmanship, Etiquette, Fitness and Nutrition. Kids will have fun making new friends and developing healthy fitness habits. June 15-19: Ages 5-9 | 0900-1000
This class will help certified Physical Fitness Leaders enhance their skills on Fitness & Nutrition to provide safe & effective unit PT Sessions & Fitness Improvement Programs to our Active Duty population.
