Fleisher Art Memorial is closed in observance of Labor Day

The Fall 2026 Adult Term begins on Tuesday, September 8th and ends on Monday, November 16th. Select workshops and events will run through Sunday, December 13th.

In this 2 session workshop, students will gain an introduction to the fundamentals of indigo dyeing and screenprinting using clay resist and shibori techniques. Participants will explore how imagery, pattern, and process come together to create striking textile designs. Working step by step through the creative process from preparing and screenprinting your design to dyeing with natural indigo and setting the final color, each participant will create and take home a finished print on fabric.

Discover the colorful art of enamel jewelry in this one-day workshop. Students will learn the fundamentals of applying vitreous enamel to copper, including surface preparation, enamel application, and kiln-firing techniques. Through guided demonstrations and hands-on practice, students will experiment with color and design while creating unique enamel jewelry pieces. This workshop is open to beginners, and no prior jewelry-making experience is required.
