Red, White, & Blue Balloon Festival Letchworth State Park Memorial Day weekend The Letchworth Red, White & Blue Balloon is held annually on Memorial Day weekend. Approximately 20 balloons will splash the Letchworth gorge with color. All launches are wind and weather permitting.
