Fremont Street Experience costume contest. Participants must be 21+ with valid ID. Registration from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at check-in booth behind 3rd Street. Judged on originality, creativity, and appropriateness. Costumes must allow safe mobility.

Costume contest at Fremont Street Experience requiring participants to be 21 years or older with valid ID. Contestants must register at the designated check-in booth behind the 3rd. Costumes must be creative, original, and preferably handmade or heavily customized. Registration is free but spots may be limited. Registration runs from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM on October 31st.
