The Historic First Presbyterian Church Cemetery next to the museum contains the graves of many prominent early residents of Greensboro, including Governor John Motley Morehead. Drop in anytime during the above hours for a free tour to learn about the history, people and remarkable funerary art of this historic cemetery.

Homeschool and small groups are invited to join the GHM Education team for a day discovering the American Revolution and the North Carolina backcountry. Children ages 5-14 can enjoy colonial activities, explore GHM’s historic buildings and learn about the American Revolution. Please sign up to let us know that you are coming . However, drop ins are welcome.
Celebrate 50 years of NC’s oldest American Indian urban association with conversations and activities highlighting Native American cultural heritage in Greensboro and beyond.
