Everybody needs a basket for holding cherished items! In this workshop, you’ll learn basic skills needed to create a natural coiled fiber basket in the centuries-old traditions of Native American and African makers. This workshop is led by Vicki Skywark. Register

Participants will learn the fundamentals of plain weave and techniques to create neat selvages and even tension on an inkle loom. Participants will weave and complete a project such as a bookmark, key fob, hat band or strap! Instructor is Kerry Masarik.
