9AM-4PM, 2nd – 6th Grade Travel back to 1853 and discover what everyday life was really like at the almshouse! Campers will roll up their sleeves and step into history—preparing food, tackling daily chores, and learning how people worked together to care for one another. Through immersive, hands-on experiences, campers won’t just learn about history… they’ll live it, gaining a deeper appreciation for community, kindness, and resilience in a whole new way.

Join us on August 15 from 11am to 3pm for the Carroll County KIDZ’ FUNFEST here at the Museum! Admission is $10 per car load (cash only please). Enjoy tons of kids activities including live entertainment, children’s activity tent, yard & sports games, gaga pit, Farmyard Friends, artisan demos, food vendors, playground, scavenger hunt and so much more!
