Be part of the Quincy Art Center’s most anticipated annual event – the Mary S. Oakley & Lee Lindsay Area Artist Showcase. This juried exhibit has grown into one of the premier opportunities in the Midwest for artists to present their work to an engaged audience of collectors, patrons, and fellow creatives. This exhibition is designed to educate high school artists on how to professionally enter and display artwork for a juried competition. Open to high schoolers, grades 9 – 12, in counties that fall in a 50-mile radius of Quincy, IL. Students may enter up to 3 works, with a non-refundable $15 entry fee. Artworks must be original and not exceed 6 feet in any direction. All mediums accepted. Artworks must be ready for exhibition. Note: This is a juried competition; not all entered art
