A Certified Sound Bath Practitioner plays chimes, tingsha cymbal bell, nut shaker, crystal singing bowls, and other instruments to guide you to be more present, connect with your body and nature, and, most importantly, quiet your mind and reduce stress. The session begins with a quick, gentle stretch. Attendees then lay down to enjoy the various unique sounds. $60 per person Please bring a yoga mat, towel, or something to lay down on, an eye mask if you have one
