BEST BAR, BEST FOOD, DTH MAUI, DOWN THE HATCH Lava Lava Shrimp - Rodrigo.jpg LAHAINA, MAUI — Down the Hatch Maui, one of Lahaina’s most iconic bars, has announced plans to reopen in 2027 following its loss in the devastating Lahaina fires on August 8, 2023. The beloved establishment, often referred to as the “Best Bar on Maui,” was destroyed during the wildfire that forever changed Lahaina and impacted countless residents and businesses. Since then, the Down the Hatch team has been working stead
