OPAS Philharmonic An annual tradition and a highlight of the holiday season, this year's event will feature an additional matinee performance with complimentary admission for all students and children made possible through the generosity of the Strickler Family. Students from The Arts Barn will also join the OPAS Philharmonic under the direction of Wheeling Symphony conductor John Devlin, creating an unforgettable celebration of the season.
