Chef Pedro Porras from Córdoba, Spain demonstrates authentic chicken paella. Your ticket includes a plate of succulent meat and rice plus a cooking show. Ask the chef questions and come ready to take notes and pictures.

Series 3/4. Guess the Hybrid! Can you distinguish a Pinot Noir from a Chambourcin, a Pinot Grigio from a Vidal Blanc, or a true Lambrusco from a sparkling Chambourcin?
