The renown Venezuelan soloist Pacho Flores dips into Mexico's rich trumpet-playing tradition for a piece written by him and for him by Arturo Márquez.

Robert Spano presents the "fearless" piano virtuoso Conrad Tao in Bernstein's plaintive and sassy symphony "The Age of Anxiety," inspired by W.H. Auden's Pulitzer Prize-winning poem.
