Qigong takes place every Thursday from April 2 to October 29 Start your morning with a healing Qigong session. Enjoy the ancient healing practices of Qigong, led by Shanti Medina, which combine simple movement, breath work, meditation, and relaxation to reduce stress and promote overall health and well-being.
