Note: We will not meet on the 30th. All are welcome to join Group Meditation on Thursdays in the Sanctuary at 5pm. Over the course of the hour, we will sit, transition to a brief (and optional) walking meditation, and then return to sitting. No previous experience is required; we are all beginners! Participants are welcome to bring their own cushion or chair if they wish, but can also use what is available in the Sanctuary.

Volunteers from Peace will be helping the food bank warehouse team sorting produce, organizing donations, loading/unloading vehicles, and keeping things tidy. Singing Bowls Meditation is held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. The next meditation with Singing Bowls will be Wednesday, August 12th, at 4:30 at Peace Lutheran Church. If you cannot attend the meditation in person, perhaps you can attend using Zoom. Here is how. Note: Gardening with Ken is on break until mid-August. Who’s that guy in overalls in the Peace garden? It’s Ken! And who is that working with him? It could be you! (Overalls optional). Ken works in the Peace garden every Tuesday from 10:30 AM until 12 noon or so, and you are invited to work with him. No sign-ups, no advance notice needed.
