The Altered Five Blues Band is a blues band based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They have performed at festivals such as the Mahindra Blues Festival 2026 and have also performed at the Portage Center of the Arts in Wisconsin and Jimmy's Jazz and Blues Club in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
