Shira Samuels-Shragg is a conductor who has been appointed as the new Assistant Conductor of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra (DSO). She has been conducting for several years and has performed with various orchestras, including the Spokane Symphony Orchestra. She has also been a fellow conductor at the American Academy of Conducting at Yale.
