Nick Ayoub was a Canadian jazz saxophonist, oboist, English horn player, and composer. While he focused on jazz in his career, he also performed classical music at some points. He was born in Trois-Rivieres but raised in Montreal, and he studied clarinet and saxophone at the prestigious High School for the Performing Arts. He was a fixture on the Montreal jazz scene for nearly forty years.
