JOSEPH ARTHUR is an American singer/ songwriter who is also recognized for his qualities as a painter. He paints live on stage creating loops with his guitar and voice (a technique he pioneered in the 90s and has since been widely adopted) Spotted by Lou Reed and Peter Gabriel, in 1996, the artist now has fi fteen albums and several EPs to his credit.
