Chef Ulrika Bengtsson has over 20 years of culinary experience both in New York and Sweden. She has worked at Aquavit and the Swedish Consulate General, introducing audiences around the world to Swedish cuisine. She is currently the chef at Bjork Cafe & Bistro in New York City.
