Bilgin Özçalkan, known by stage name Ceza (Turkish for "punishment"), is a Turkish rapper and songwriter born December 31, 1976, and one of the most prominent figures in Turkish rap music. He was the first Turkish musician to receive an award at the MTV Europe Music Awards.
