Billy Galt is a blues and rock bassist, guitarist, singer, and songwriter based in Champaign, Illinois. He performs with his band, Billy Galt & The Blues Deacons, and has been a mainstay of the downstate Illinois blues scene since forming in 1990. He has performed at various venues, including Allerton Park and 1905 Brewing Company.
