General Parking is available at Pickering Square Garage located at 100 Broad Street. General Parking Passes are $30. All events take place rain or shine.

For the safety, comfort and experience of all fans, outside lawn chairs will NOT be permitted inside the venue for Live Nation shows. A limited number of lawn chair rentals will be available for advance purchase online or at the venue on the day of the event, while supplies last.

Parking is NOT included within the price of a ticket. Pay to park at the entrance of the North Garage at Soldier Field, or any other lots you're being directed to, for event parking.

The Nationwide Arena Box Office located at the corner of Nationwide Blvd. and McConnell Blvd. will be open on event days ONLY for customer service or the purchase of any tickets that remain available for sale. Bags are generally NOT permitted with the exceptions for medical bags, diaper bags OR clutches no larger than 8x 5x 1. Bags will be x-rayed via a designated line at entry - a contactless step that replaces a manual search.

There is a traffic control fee included in the price of your ticket. Guests are permitted to bring in "beach style" chairs (chair must be less than 12 inches from the ground from the bottom of the seat when unfolded) for most amphitheater shows. This is subject to change based on different tour or show requests. Food & beverage is not permitted to be brought into the venue. All events at Pine Knob Music Theatre are "Rain or Shine" events.
